Deep Clean And Off-Season Work

Deep Cleaning Belongs Outside The Same-Day Guest Window.

Departure deep clean is $0.42 per sq ft with a $575 minimum. It is scheduled outside same-day guest windows, because a true deep clean and a 4:00 PM arrival promise are different jobs.

Off-season office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. May to November billing is monthly for established accounts.

Same-day changeovers are booked in two fixed windows: 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM for standard homes and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM for homes over 3,000 sq ft. Contracted Sunday turnovers run December 1 to April 15 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Travel Radius And Surcharges

The Route Is Park City First.

Regular service radius is 12 road miles from Park City Main Street. Homes 12 to 18 road miles out may be accepted with a $45 travel charge. Same-day winter turnovers are not accepted outside the 18-mile maximum service boundary.

Accepted areas include Old Town, Deer Valley, Prospector, Thaynes, Canyons Village, Kimball Junction, Silver Springs, Jeremy Ranch, and Pinebrook.

Retainers, Billing, And Cancellations

First Booking Retainer, Then A Working Account Rhythm.

First booking requires a 50 percent retainer. Established accounts are billed weekly during ski season and monthly May to November. Dispatch and email hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Cancellation terms are confirmed by email when a route slot is accepted; no cancellation fee is stated on the site.
